Competitions
The winner(s) may be notified by email and the results may published on this website and/or in the paper. We reserve the right to report details of competition winners and to publish their photos if required. The prize must be taken as offered with no alternative. In the event that the prize cannot be supplied no liability will attach to Archant. Entry into this competition gives rise to no binding agreement between the parties. When prizes are supplied by third parties we are acting as their agents and as such we exclude all liability for loss or damage you may suffer as a result of this promotion. The website editor's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Employees of Archant and the prize provider and their immediate families and agents may not enter.
Self service
Users of the drive24 advertisement self service module accept that:
- No refunds are available after an advertisement is placed.
- Deletion of an advertisement before the end of a booking, or all parts of the booking having been delivered does not give grounds for a refund.
- The "next available issue" within the terms of a print advertisement refers to either the next available publication date in the case of a weekly title, or the next motors supplement day in the case of a daily title. The next available issue will be dependent upon when the advertisement is placed and the titles chosen. Print deadlines for selected titles can be found by contacting the relevant publishing centre. - Car descriptions on Drive 24 are often constructed using an automatic look-up facility which assigns standard features to each vehicle. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the features advertised correspond to the actual features before a vehicle is purchased
